BuzzTrans
Help
Help for the multilingual preview.
The international release is in preparation. BuzzTrans is currently available on the Mac App Store in mainland China.
A term isn’t found
Try RAG or Context window to check that the built-in library is loaded. The first international libraries contain 60 terms each, so some terms are not included yet. Select your language in settings; no restart is needed for the library.
Subscription or restore trouble
Check AI Explanations for your status before buying again. Use Restore Purchases after reinstalling or changing Macs, with the same Apple Account. Apple manages billing, cancellations, and refunds.
Allowing online processing
Read the online-processing notice in AI Explanations and choose Allow & Continue. Buying a subscription or closing that notice does not grant consent. You can withdraw consent in the same section.
Importing a term pack
Use a UTF-8 .md or .txt file in the format shown by Copy Instructions. Importing and updating need an active subscription. After it expires, existing packs remain available offline and can still be disabled or deleted.
An answer doesn’t fit
Check whether the app matched the complete term. If it offers a partial local match, you can use that definition or request an explanation of your original text. An uncertain AI answer is not a verified fact.
